Lunch is either another Vi-Shape shake, or its your normal healthy meal.  Please see the videos and menu guide in the body By Vi Challenge members area for what constitutes a normal healthy meal.  Essentially you want to eat what you want to be satisfied, but to keep your portion sizes normal.  That means if you want pizza, eat it! But have no more than 2 slices, and have a nice salad with it. And if you want fried chicken, that can be OK too…. but don’t eat the whole bucket, and skip the fries!  The fact is, by replacing 2 other meals with the Vi-Shape shake, you don’t have to worry so much about this real meal.   Just try to keep it sensible, and skip the soda!

About 2 hours later – Mid afternoon

    So if I’m working out, does this mean I should have 3 shakes total per day? Two as meal & one as a post-workout drink? Thanks.

    Not necessarily – 2 shakes, 2 snacks and a normal meal is what is recommended.

    If you workout early morning, your 1st shake is your breakfast AND post workout shake.
    Workout before lunch? Your second shake is after your workout and its also your lunch.
    Workout in the evening? Your post-workout recovery shake is your second shake of the day, dinner.

    You could have a third shake, perhaps just shaken with water or milk- and call it a SNACK – as that works out to be less than 150 calories, but gives you the post workout recovery nutrition your body needs to build muscle.

    Thanks for the info. I was concerned that a 3rd shake, even with water, would add too many calories for weight loss. I just need to lose about 5-10 lbs (the hardest to lose!) and thought maybe the shape kit would work for me.

    I would recommend the Shape kit, and add on a box of Neuro and a box of Vi-trim. The Vitrim will fight that last bit of stomach fat when taken BETWEEN meals, in a Neuro. You are right- your body does not want to let go of those last 5 pounds! You need to build muscle (take the shake post workout) and use the Vitrim to blast off the last bit of cushion!
