Essentially you want to eat what you want to be satisfied, but to keep your portion sizes normal. That means if you want pizza, eat it! But have no more than 2 slices, and have a nice salad with it. And if you want fried chicken, that can be OK too…. but don’t eat the whole bucket, and skip the fries! The fact is, by replacing 2 other meals with the Vi-Shape shake, you don’t have to worry so much about this real meal. Just try to keep it sensible, and skip the soda!
